«ottima posizione centrale staff cordiale! buono»
struttura nuova ed accogliente colazione molto basic personale gentile e disponibile camera carina ma piccola, bagno molto piccolo! e scomodo
la connessione wifi è inesistente o malfunzionante in camera! ho dovuto passare la notte nella hall per poter avere un a connessione veloce! dovrebbero invece che pagare un usciere alla porta investire su un wifi più potente!!

la pulizia della camera era impeccabile , la posizione ottima trovandosi in un quartiere bellissimo e a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana , peccato per il check in e lo staff del ricevimento , probabilmente usano molti stagisti e questo abbassa la qualità del servizio ( nessuna informazione al check in merito ai servizi dell hotel orari colazione etc , risposte a monosillabi a tutte le richieste , telefonino sempre in mano durante il servizio , check out con il receptionista che mangiava , tenendo per tutto il tempo un cioccolato in mano ), in merito al check in si arriva al grottesco ,arrivo in tarda mattinata e deposito i bagagli , mi informano che il check in è alle 15 , quindi vado a pranzare e a visitare la bellissima città , rientro in hotel alle 14.45 e chiedo gentilmente se la camera fosse per caso pronta , la ragazza mi informa che non è ancora pronta , chiedo quale camera fosse e la ragazza non lo sa e non si pone neanche il problema , devo fare il check in alle 15 !!!stop , mi accomodo sui divanetti , nel mentre altre persone che avevano appena fatto il check in chiedono informazioni (???non era alle 15?) , passano le 15 sono in 4 al ricevimento ( cambio turno?) ma nessuno con una gentilezza si preoccupa se la mia camera fosse pronta , allora torno al desk e chiedo , neanche questa volta conoscono la camera assegnata ma Comunque controllano e con una telefonata si assicurano che sia pronta e finalmente riesco a salire accompagnato da un gentilissimo bell boy , la storia finisce il mattino seguente con L incontro con la cameriera che mi conferma che la camera fosse pronta da molto prima delle 15 , rido per non piangere …
